Quick rules & examples
1 · Opening turns
Only a new 150- or 300-point game starts with four scoreless turns. Plays and knocks count. Scoring starts on turn five and stays open on every later deal, even after a locked board.
2 · Earn your check ✓
Your first qualifying play must be worth at least 10 points. The first 10 pays your entry; the rest adds to your score.
First qualifying play: 10 earns 0 score, 15 earns 5, and 20 earns 10.

After qualifying, later scoring plays count in full. A play worth only 5 never counts; the 5 remaining from a 15-point entry does count. Your check stays through every deal in this game. Only qualified players collect end-of-hand points.
3 · Match and place
Match the exposed number at a highlighted destination. Only the first double is the spinner: fill its two middle sides before its unused outer arms open. Existing branches stay playable. Other doubles do not add branches.
The first deal opens with 6|6. After a domino finish, that player leads with any tile. After a locked board, the player holding the highest double (6|6 in the full set) leads and may open with any domino.
4 · Automatic deal
Seven dominoes are shuffled and dealt to each player automatically. The first hand opens with 6|6. After someone dominoes, that player leads the next hand. After a lock, the highest-double holder leads (highest tile if no doubles); later hands may open with any domino.
Existing hands keep their dominoes. Partly picked hands keep every confirmed choice and receive only their missing tiles. New casual Friends tables and Solo humans are untimed by default. The host can choose 30-second turns before creating a table; Solo has its own optional timer. Existing timed tables keep their rules.
5 · Turns and results
Timed Friends tables: 30 seconds per human turn. The first 15 seconds are a quiet grace period; the final 15 show a countdown. Tapping, polling and reconnecting do not restart it. At zero, the computer makes one legal move or knock. You stay in control on your next turn. Solo is untimed unless you enable its 30-second option below; that clock pauses with Solo. Ranked play is not available.
The first player to reach 150 or 300 wins. Low man means the lowest final game score, not the fewest pips in a locked hand. Ties count for each tied player in stats.
Match target
Solo pauses while lessons are open. Enabled Friends turn timers keep running while menus are open.
Optional Solo timer pauses with menus or when hidden. Resuming a saved game starts a fresh 30 seconds. At zero, one legal move is assisted. Private tables use the host’s setting.
Animations

Game sounds
Sound is selected. Playback starts after your first game tap or keypress. No microphone or voice.
Celebration arms, knock ripples and friendly Table commentary. Off keeps tile picking visible. Animations Off stops movement while keeping scores and results readable. No device vibration or new sounds.
